Spazi Possibili is not a real estate agency. It is an advisory service focused on the technical and strategic reading of a property: what a space could become, what it costs to transform it, what it is genuinely worth before and after an intervention.

Those buying a flat to renovate in Milan rarely have the tools to assess what they are actually acquiring alongside the price. A floor slab that needs reinforcing, a layout that cannot be changed, services that need to be replaced entirely: these are factors that alter the numbers in ways that matter. The same applies to those selling, or assessing a property disposal before deciding whether and how to intervene.
