About
I'm an entrepreneur in construction and space transformation. I didn't just inherit a trade: I chose to build on top of it a method, an organization, and a vision built to last. Milan is my field of operation; the quality of the final result is my only benchmark.
My path
Construction entered my life before I was old enough to choose it. My mother holds a degree in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano: when I was three years old, she used to bring me along to her lectures because there was nowhere else to leave me. In primary school, while my classmates drew houses with clouds above them, I was already drawing floor plans. My father Carlo spent over forty years building and renovating. From the age of ten, every summer, I went to the job sites with him. My younger brother and I would sit in a safe corner with a trowel in hand, carrying bricks, doing the work of apprentices. What I took away from those days was not manual skill. It was something else: the dampness of freshly mixed mortar, the smell of iron cut with an angle grinder, the taste of plaster drying and leaving your mouth chalky. To me those are the scents of home, of a home coming to life. These are things no course can teach. I studied at the Politecnico di Milano, and I had grown up breathing both worlds: the job site and the technical drawing, execution and design. Twenty-six years of direct experience on site have given me an eye that comes from having truly lived that world: having watched construction evolve from the 1990s to today, I can also begin to see where it is heading. In 2021 I founded Renewall S.r.l. to translate that tradition into a structured firm capable of operating at the high end of the Milan residential renovation market with clear processes and verifiable outcomes. In 2023 Carlo joined the company as Technical Director, bringing decades of direct expertise with him. My brother Riccardo contributes as Architectural Technical Lead. The trade is inherited. The method is built.
What I do today
I lead Renewall S.r.l. as CEO with a direct operational role: I'm on site, at design tables, in negotiations. In parallel I oversee the ecosystem I've built around the firm: Ciciriello Design for interior design and project management, Spazi Possibili for the technical and strategic reading of real estate, Opera for research into smart safety devices, and Judah as the internal operating system that keeps everything coherent. Each entity serves a precise purpose. None of them overlap.
How I work
I work from a principle I consider non-negotiable: when someone entrusts you with a renovation, they are handing you something that matters to them. That trust is earned through clarity before the work begins, through presence while it's underway, and through the result at the end. My approach is direct: define the objective precisely, build a realistic plan, hold to it. I don't promise what I can't guarantee. I'd rather have a difficult conversation at the start than deliver an unpleasant surprise halfway through.
