Judah

Judah is the internal management tool I built to ensure that every Renewall job site receives the same level of attention and oversight, regardless of how many sites are running simultaneously.

The problem Judah solves is concrete: managing fifteen sites in parallel at the same quality as a single project requires a system for tracking, internal communication, and verification that general-purpose software does not provide in a form suited to a small and mid-sized construction firm. I built Judah around the real operational needs of Renewall, not around an abstract model of how a construction company ought to work.

It is not a commercial product and is not intended to be sold. It is the infrastructure that holds together work scheduling, materials management, and crew coordination in a single trackable flow. What allows the firm to grow without losing the standard of oversight that defines it.
