Ciciriello Design

Ciciriello Design is the studio through which I directly oversee the interior design phase and coordinate execution on complex projects that require tighter control between design intent and delivered result. It is not a structure separate from the firm: it is the dimension in which design vision and operational management converge at a single point of responsibility. The project manager role is not administrative: it means holding together vision, schedule, suppliers, and client expectations within a single coherent thread through to handover.
